At Viasox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks don't provide the comfort and fit you expected, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
